Terri-Lynn Arnal
Terri-Lynn Arnal is the Forty Mile Community Resource Centre Coordinator and Family and Community Support Coordinator with Forty Mile Regional FCSS. With over 12 years of experience in social services and more than a decade in career and employment services, she has supported individuals of all ages in building skills, finding meaningful employment, and achieving their goals.
Her work includes coordinating community programs, leading workforce development initiatives, and partnering with local organizations to bring training and opportunities to rural communities. She regularly facilitates workshops, supports job seekers, and works directly with employers.
Terri-Lynn is passionate about helping people build confidence, develop practical skills, and succeed in both their personal and professional lives.
Donna
Donna dedicated 27 years to public education in various roles, with the last 14 years of her time spent in the Off Campus Office at Eagle Butte. For the past 8 1/2 years she has worked with CAREERS, first as a Program Coordinator and most recently as Provincial Agriculture Lead. Donna's has been raised with an agricultural background which included many summers spent at her Uncle's PFRA ranch helping with chores & all things ranch related. She currently resides in Cypress County with her husband, dogs, sheep, goats, ducks, chickens, and cats. A life long passion for all things food related from growing to processing to consuming has lead to recently becoming a published author of a 444 page cookbook. Additionally, Donna’s passion for the trades runs deep shared by her family, including her husband, a dual-ticketed Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic and Electrician, and her son, a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician. She is committed to promoting the trades, agriculture, ICT, and health, having facilitated placements for hundreds of students throughout her career. It has been a privilege to be including in the WOO advisory committee encouraging youth and underrepresented groups to pursue a rewarding career in agriculture transportation.
Corey Steves
Corey Steeves is the Principal of South Alberta High School and the Home Plus Learning Network with Prairie Rose Public Schools. He is committed to creating flexible, innovative learning environments that help students pursue their passions while achieving success through high-quality education. In his role, he works to develop meaningful programs, partnerships, and pathways that expand opportunities for students and connect learning to life beyond the classroom.
Corey is passionate about building strong relationships between schools, families, and community organizations to better support student growth and success. He is proud to help with initiatives such as the Wheels of Opportunity, which reflects Prairie Rose Public Schools’ dedication to practical, student-focused learning experiences that prepare students for independence, responsibility, and future success.
Kristi Liboiron
Program Coordinator, CAREERS: The Next Generation
Kristi Liboiron is a Program Coordinator with CAREERS: The Next Generation and has also held the role of Executive Director for the South Eastern Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development for the past decade. In her work with CAREERS, Kristi supports youth under the age of 21 in securing meaningful internship opportunities across SE Alberta, focusing on sectors such as Skilled Trades, Agriculture, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and Health.
She collaborates closely with local employers to create internship opportunities for students by cultivating strong relationships with industry stakeholders such as the CAREERS SE Alberta Advisory Committee, Medicine Hat College, Medicine Hat Construction Association, BILD, SE Alberta Chamber of Commerce, Medicine Hat Economic Development and Newell Economic Development.
Outside of her professional roles, Kristi also manages her family’s cattle ranch in Jenner, Alberta.
